What would make Trump beat out HW, in your opinion?

Worse, since you already think he's better. Unless I'm misunderstanding your post?
I don't have a solid opinion on Trump's presidency in comparison to any other President yet. I still think it's too early. But what could potentially make him worse than H.W. would be engaging in military interventionism, reversing his policy on trade, or instituting Clintonesque welfare reforms.

I know White Trash was a Trump voter, but it requires a pretty high level of apathy as well as denial to have no solid opinion on Trump's presidency considering everything we've seen in the last week, let alone the last 7 months.
It has certainly been a very negative Presidency so far, and I have far from a good opinion of him. But I don't think that it is appropriate to compare a Presidency in progress to previous administrations that have already been completed. It's more of a historical analysis thing than a political one.
