The case was overturned because one of the jurors told all of the others during deliberations that the Holy Spirit was telling him that Corrine was innocent. When the jurors told this to the judge the juror was questioned and confirmed to the jduge that the Holy Spirit was telling them that she was innocent on all charges. They also said that they'd follow the law as required in jury instructions, but the judge chose to dismiss them. The appeals court found 7-4 that dismissing that juror was improper to the point where Corrine was deprived of a free trial, so she gets a new one. The evidence against her is overwhelming, so if they do go forward with another trial the government will win.

She only served two years of a five year sentence. She petitioned for house arrest due to COVID but it didn't mean that her sentence was over. I agree that it is unlikely that Biden's DOJ will prosecute her despite being able to do so; the expectation in Jacksonville is that they will use this to quietly sweep the matter under the rug.
