I don't think that would work since Trump supporters don't like her, the most partisan democrats hate her since she's Trump's daughter despite her actually political views, and liberals don't like her because they don't consider her a "true progressive"

I guess this would be the map

President Ted Cruz/Vice President Todd Young 355 EV 51.6% PV
Governor Ivanka Trump/Congresswoman Amy Klobuchar 183 EV 46.4% PV

Governor Ivanka Trump (D-NY) / Someone (D-CA) - 358 EV - 75,255,168 (57%) PV
Someone (R-LA) / Someone (R-FL) - 180 EV - 56,334,992 (43%) PV

This is 2028, which means Donald has been out of office for at least 4 years. It's possible that Ivanka could build a conspicuous political career of her own in that time, distinct from that of her father. If so, her handicaps among Democratic voters would probably become much less severe. She seems like she would make a reasonably skilled and appealing politician as well. Her generic opponent, on the other hand, isn't remarkable in either aspect.

Yeah, I mean, that's why the last person who ran for President eight years after his father lost re-election lost in a huge landslide.
