An outfit came out with the rankings of the art scene for large, medium sized, and small towns. Yes, you guessed it. Three of the top 10 for small towns are in my neck of the woods. We rock baby.

My husband keeps nagging to go check out the opera house in Hudson.

We just had a gala affair celebrating the Opera House's refurbishment. It's back in business. Dan and I were there in our tuxes with tails.

Yeah that's weirding me out too. I haven't been to Bremerton much but I think of it as a Navy town with a shocking amount of porno shops in it's downtown.

Maybe the Port Townsend area is somehow included in the Bremerton-Silverdale metro? Even then I'd think of Bellingham or Olympia as more "artsy" cities.
