I'm not sure who'd vote HA aside from some ideologically purist libertarian Republican or a klan member.

Great! The CRA of 1964 should have had a time limit put in it for forty or fifty years, though.

I would have supported anti-discrimination measures at the time, but now the means thereof are not needed and immoral in my opinion. I have been criticized for this before, but I don't support anti-discrimination measures at all today.

I assume some are confusing it with the CRA of 1964.

Opposing either is very, very suspect.

No, just that the social need for the CRA of 1964 is no longer a moral imperative but rather an immoral bad thing as it is outweighed by the economic need for free markets.

Why would a libertarian have a problem with voting rights? Opposing the 1964 CRA for libertarian reasons makes sense, but I can't see the argument for the voting rights act.

Obviously freedom legislation (literally normal, pro-democracy, etc). Very disturbing that eleven people have voted HA.

Both the CRA 1964 and CRA 1965 are Freedom Acts. As is the CRA 1957.

Because the free market could decide that to vote you should have to pay $1,000 or some other random thing that libertarians would support.
