On May 11, Circa reported, “The Office of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina confirmed to Circa that Mrs. Clinton called her office in March 2011 to demand that Dr. Muhammed Yunus, a 2006 Nobel Peace prize winner, be restored to his role as chairman of the country’s most famous microcredit bank, Grameen Bank.” Yunus’ nonprofit through the bank Grameen America donated between $100,000 and $250,000 to the Clinton Foundation and Grameen Research donated an additional $25,000 to $50,000. he deputy press secretary of the Bangladesh prime minister’s office told Circa that Hillary Clinton, while serving as U.S. secretary of state, phoned Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in March 2011 insisting she not remove Clinton Foundation donor Dr. Muhammad Yunus from his position as managing director of Grameen Bank.

Given that we have so many people supporting Hillary Clinton 2020 & asking for a re-match, look at the 2020 forum, these stuff is important. People are blaming Comey & Russia solely & are not looking at the faults of Hillary Clinton as a candidate - The Foundation possible allegations, her inauthenticity & flip-flops, her poor emotional connect, her lack of stamina & physical health to connect, her ties to big money, her hawkish foreign policy etc.

Candidate Hillary Clinton has significant flaws & the HRC 2020 people should know this because if Trump wins again in 2020, as a best case scenario the SC is done for many generations!

Jared Kushner owns the Observer... so yeah

That doesn't make it untrue. This isn't some made up stuff but taken directly from Bangladesh media & official quotes of the PM from the assembly.

"Then his wrath fell on the Padma Bridge project. An editor of a renowned newspaper of our country met the then World Bank president Robert Zoellick and lobbied with Hillary to cancel the finance," the prime minister told the House.  "He (Yunus) and the editor of a renowned newspaper in our country went to meet the World Bank president. "The World Bank stopped funding Padma Bridge after all of them including America's foreign secretary Hillary Clinton lobbied for it," she said in response to question posed by Jatiya Party MP AKM Mayeedul Islam.

The prime minister said Hillary Clinton phoned her not to remove Yunus from the post of managing director of the Grameen Bank. "Though his all anger fell on me, but I had nothing to do in that situation," she said. He went to court but lost the legal battle. "We didn’t remove him (Yunus). He lost the case in court," said Hasina.

Hasina said she got a call from Hillary over Yunus. "He has powerful lobbies. He has all these people. So much money spent …. calls came from various places … and with those, requests." "America's Hillary Clinton called me and asked why I removed him from the MD post. I told her: ‘We were not removing him He filed a case and lost it. There is nothing we can do here’."

Do you even know who Muhammad Yunus is?

As a matter of fact, I studied the Grameen bank model when I was doing a little research on Micro-finance institutions in Latin America & South & East Asia, but then that is a different discussion.

The Election ended months ago, so "But Hillary" is no longer a credible or viable argument to defend Dear Leader.

We went through this last year. The Clinton Foundation had literally hundreds of thousands of donors, including a massive number of famous people, businesses and governments, so the fact that she did something that benefitted a person or entity who happened to be on the list by itself doesn't prove anything. There would have to be evidence of some actual quid pro quo, which there was none.

Can we apply that logic to Trump-Russia thing?

We even have an actual anti-'quid pro quo' - 'Syria missile strike'

Can we stop a take a moment to recognize that this is a woman, angry with Hillary for supposedly stopping the largest pay to play scandal in Bangladeshian history of which she (and her party's cashier, Syed Abul Hossain, the communications officer who was charged with this corruption and the PM refused to can for months). And then, she brings this seeming conspiracy theory that "Muhammed Yunus lobbied with the former secretary of state of the USA Hillary Clinton to persuade the World Bank to terminate the loan".

This woman has also been charged with graft and extortion, and even murder charges.

If anyone wants more information, you can read the other reputable source covering this troubling issue: http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/05/11/bangladesh-pm-clinton-personally-pressured-her-to-aid-foundation-donor-despite-ethics-laws/

I see no where was/is there truth to this claim from a seemingly deranged woman, who was stopped from completing her corruption, at the expense of the World Bank.

I agree with NeverAgain. This actually is a good thing for Clinton to have done, if true. Yunus should be reinstated; the government of Bangladesh is totally in the wrong in its long-running feud with him.

? Russia was alerted WAY before the bombs started dropped, of which obviously did almost nothing, as the planes were flying the next day. But, the seeming "quid-pro-quo" is the 2016 Election for Trump, for the current support for the abolition of Obama era sanctions, support for Putin, the list goes on.

Quite obvious there is evidence for a quid-pro-quo. That, of course, doesn't mean it happened, and so we should have a special prosecutor to find out the truth.

Trump is defecating all over our public institutions and idiots still can't stop talking about Hillary.

Thank you. Jfern has always had an unhealthy and deep-seeded hatred of her, but the fact that he's still engaging in "but Hillary!" as opposed to the atrocities being committed by the 800-pound orange elephant in the room shows what a "progressive" he isn't and is just another butthurt #BernieBro who's trying to deflect the blame that he and others like him share for the Dear Leader being in there. Given everything we have seen from this unstable narcissistic bigoted fascist, the fact that jfern and minions like him are choosing to engage in a civil war with the Democratic Party over "ideological purity" as opposed to holding Fake President Whiny McBitchPants accountable for the lies and asinine crap he spews 24/7 shows where their true priorities lie. Don't forget he vanished after his savior lost the primary and then magically reappeared once madman got elected just to gloat. This isn't the time for Democrats/liberals/progressives/leftists to be divided: we have to unite and stop this maniac from further destroying our country and handing it over to Vladimir Putin.
