If the memo bears this out, then Trump has asked the FBI Director to back off an investigation into one of his own campaign advisers.  How could this NOT be construed as obstruction of justice?

1) Asked FBI director to end investigation into one of his senior advisors
2) FBI director refused
3) Publicly criticised FBI investigation into his own campaign as a politically-motivated witchhunt
4) Fired FBI director

Seems open and shut from here. Probably worse stuff to come too.

If you read the definition of the term "obstruction of justice" in a legal dictionary, this unambiguously fits.
