How many, if any, Republicans do you think will sign the petition?

Oh I agree, that's why I think it's more interesting to guess how many Republicans will sign.

It will go to November 6, 2018. Which is all it's really intended to do. (And hey, maybe it'll go somewhere after that, which would be nice.)

They would have been wiser to let the current investigations in Congress proceed first. If inadequate, then go for this. What's the rush? It projects intemperance to me on a very serious matter.

Yep, lots of political capital being spent on this........getting a second bite at the apple might not be so easy when this goes down in flames.

They just want him impeached, with proper evidence or not.

There is a danger in overplaying the hand. It's not like the democratic party has much credibility and capital, anyway.

Guys, no one is seriously advocating impeachment. It's just rhetoric. Impeachment shouldn't be a partisan issue anyway - if he's found breaking the law, yea; otherwise, nay.

No government institution has much credibility anymore except the military.

I doubt it will get the necessary signatures but I do think it will get some.

Exactly, I'm more interested on what number of Republicans they get. Already got 1!
