No, not until we either get more information or the Democrats take control in 2018.

this. no republicans in Congress have enough balls or honor or integrity to properly handle this.

My question to people here who voted yes: what makes you think impeachment would go anywhere given Republicans seem willing to go down with the ship at this point?

Okay, maybe Mike Johnson is a competent parliamentarian.

Republicans are the stupid party.  They ultimately will abandon ship and eat their own.  They don't stick together, like Democrats do.

I could see him being removed from office if the vast majority of his base turned against him, his approvals were in the teens, and there was blatant incriminating evidence, such as videos of him selling policy or national secrets for bribes. I mean it would have to be an extraordinary situation. Republicans need cover to get rid of him, and with the GOP base largely sticking with him as of yet, Republicans will prioritize their electoral fortunes and policy wishes over anything he does. At least recent actions (or inactions even) suggest such.

PS: Who's to say that he isn't around using a new username ?
His comments during the election made his name "mud," and was so toxic that he probably wanted to hit the "reset button."

If things get bad enough and Congress doesn't act the GOP would basically sacrifice their majority right then and there. I don't think they'd rather die than cut out the rot.

In this case it's great. For once the fractious divisive Republican coalition warring with itself is a great benefit. Oh and Chaffetz is having Comey over next week as is the Senate Judiciary Committee!

It's only great if you're a Democrat, like yourself.  For Republicans, it's not great at all.
