Diane Black isn't a governor.  She's a congresswoman.  A very good one though, for what it's worth.

I can't see any situation in which I go to vote for either Kasich or Kushner.  Gun to my head, I would probably go with Kasich first I suppose.

If she was elected Governor in 2018, I meant.

And because their bench is weak from losing so many seats at the state and federal level from 2010-2016.
