1. Mitt Romney
2. John McCain
3. Al Gore (1990s Gore wasn't that bad)
4. Hillary Clinton
5. John Kerry

Romney and McCain are amazing. The other 3 aren't that bad actually. All of them probably would have been better than the presidents we actually got in the 21st century, even though I would have voted for Bush twice without hindsight. I'm not counting Bill Clinton btw.
