It's really hard to decide between the three democrats, as they all had big flaws and were all huge flip-floppers/panderers.  Strictly on platform, Clinton.  Based on integrity+platform, probably Kerry, Gore, Clinton.

Then Mitt Romney in the four slot, because while he's heartless in a way McCain is not quite, he's not an insane warmonger and is kind of pliable.  Still close though.
