Trump wins again!

Not really, but at this point he has nothing left to lose.  As long as he's going down he might as well destroy the Republican Party at it.  The idea that this would force the Democrats to the negotiating table is ludicrous, especially now.  If he weren't already weakened by so many self-inflicted wounds, maybe he'd a get a few Senate Democrats, but even then not enough to avoid a filibuster.  The fallout from destroying Obamacare will fall squarely on the shoulders of Trump and most likely the rest of the Republicans.

Why are you starting with so-called illegal foreign emoluments based on nothing other the screeching of the loser gallery, and not the illegal Obamacare subsidy payments based on the ruling of the District Court?

Our courts have consistently ruled that sulking whiners who are upset about the outcome of an election/upset about the policies enacted by the winners of elections simply have no case. We do not have taxpayer standing for general grievances.

Meanwhile, the Usurper Barry stole the powers of the House of Representatives when he started throwing money at his people.

Yup, they won't ever cut the subsidies. The damage to the markets would blow up in the GOP's faces especially with repeal being remote given the scandals facing Trump. Trump has acknowledged political reality again and again.
