My school but our gym is pretty crappy for all the money my parents spend on tuition. Thankfully we are opening a new sports complex in September with an indoor track, pool and a good weight room. So I can Crossfit there instead of the crappy gym.

Don't do crossfit.

I've done Crossfit on and off for about 9 months now. I'm not a Crossfitter by any stretch of the imagination but I mostly go to hang out with friends at my school who do it.

Its something that can cause injuries in the long term because of some of the dangerous sh**t that you do: regular old weight training is both more effective and better for you

That first post does beg the question: why does any school need an indoor track?  Isn't the whole point of school PE athletics to make everyone miserable by running in the worst weather?
