Businesswoman Carly Fiorina (R-VA) / Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX)- 273 EVs, 49.3%
Former SoS Hillary Clinton (D-NY) / Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA)- 265 EVs, 48.7%

Fiorina lost her Senate race by about 10% in California which was pretty impressive against an incumbent, I feel like she would perform well in the Western states but not enough to win them. Clinton would have held the Midwest due to the labor unions but not have won IA due to it being too rural and trending R. She would have won narrowly IMO.

Post maps and analysis.

I think Carly is the wrong type of Republican to win back Virginia, or Maine-2 for that matter:

I think she could win back VA. I definitely agree that she doesn't flip ME-2, though.

She would have lost. Just imagine how off-putting she would be to White Working Class Democrats. She would have done a little better with Middle Class Suburbanites, but her other positions, terrible personality, and business history would have limited the inroads she could make. And the Clinton campaign would have gone after her on this because they wouldn't have been chasing the shiny ball of racist and misogynistic statements and actions.

I really don't see Carly winning Iowa, Ohio, or Virginia. Clinton would have ran as a bit more populist if she was facing Carly. Also Clinton is less off putting than Carly which would have made a huge difference.
