I was just going through wiki and at least one represnative entering seems to be usual. Given that 2020 isn't shaping up to be a coronation, but also seems to have a relative dearth of really hyped statewide officials (like the supposedly superstar 2016 GOP field) could some ambitious Reps try and run a campaign, if just to raise their profile?

2012: Bachmann and Paul in the GOP
2008: Kucinich for Dems; Hunter (lol I don't remember that), Tancredo and Paul again for GOP
2004: Kucinich again and Gephardt for Dems
2000: Kasich
1996: Dornan
1992: None
1988: Kemp for GOP; Gephardt, Traficant and Applegate for Dems
1884: None
1980: Bush and Anderson
1976: Udall

Probably, yes.  Seth Moulton's reportedly "looking at it":

Then you've got Amash, who recently said he's open to impeaching Trump, and last year indicated that he'd probably run for president one day.

And then you have the draft effort for this person:

Maybe Seth Moulton (God knows why), and Tulsi Gabbard. Other than that idk.

There's a good chance Julian runs, but he's not a Representative.

Amash could win New Hampshire against Trump.

On the Democrats side, Tulsi Gabbard, Adam Schiff and Tim Ryan come to mind for me.

It's a toss-up.

There are a lot of members of Congress. Few get a high enough profile, and there are likely to be more prominent candidates, so there are reasons one might not run.

It's even harder for a member of the minority party in the House to run, so the chances increase if Democrats take back the House in '18. That'll raise the profile.

On the Republican side, there are some idiosyncratic Congressmen who might primary Trump. Amash comes to mind. If Trump is unpopular enough, there may be former or current statewide holders running against him, which limits the opportunities for a Representative. If he's popular enough with the base to avoid challenges by the likes of Kasich, Rand Paul, and Romney, Republican members of Congress wouldn't be eager to pick this fight, although there are a few advantages (mainly a sh**t ton of national media given the lack of primary challenges of incumbent Presidents since 1992.)

I'd actually give Amash a better shot at Iowa than New Hampshire.

Admittedly I don't live in Massachusetts and I'm only familiar with his work from him winning in 2014 and his recent statements but I'm of the opinion that he could be a formidable candidate.

Honestly is Waters was 15 years younger I could see her as a candidate. All the times she's gone viral would help any candidate tremendously, especially with young voters. There's going to be an leftist interest backed candidate in 2020 (for better or for worse), and a House member might be better suited than the current crop of governors or senators to say the kinds of things that will appeal to this crowd.

Amash is likelier than not. I can see Moulton trying to get traction off of his veteran background, and depending on who the other candidates are and what the issues are I can see him becoming a contender, though it's hard to imagine him winning outright.
