Anyway the correct answer is Cajuns, according to estimates produced by Reagent(e) on AH.com. At least among white people, but I doubt any nonwhite group is higher.

Or does "ethnic minority" have to be nonwhite?

I mean, once we start breaking it down to [insert European ancestry]-Americans, everyone is a minority.  Kind of useless, in this day and age, to distinguish between a Dutch-American vs. an English-American vs. a German-American, IMO.

Well I'm half-Armenian and half-British (similar to Kim K). Most people wouldn't consider me "white" but Armenians are classified as "white" under the Census. It's a sort of blurred line right now.
