Can you ask me this very simple question. Since the 80s this area has strangely shifted to surrport the democratic party. I wonder if you could give me a clue why this area tilts democratic. I know that trump has managed to weaken this area of democratic influence and I suspect that this area of party politics will quickly fade away and vote more like its nearby Midwest neighbors such as the dakotas.
