It has long been my experience that the bylaws catch up to existing reality when then lead a transformation and I have never let bureaucratic concerns stand in the way of the Party. Not in 2015 and certainly not now.

There comes time when you must adapt to move forward. As Chairman, I have always maintained the utmost flexibility in the leadership structure, allowing stars to shine and breakout regardless of official titles. This enabled the party to survive in 2015, when most thought it was dead. I didn't care what your title was, if you could deliver results you were just as important to me as the Vice Chairman or myself. While this has opened up the party's establishment to new talent, and strengthened the party, it has had the side effect of denying at times official recognition to the efforts of such people.

I have always functioned best working with a team of people, as opposed to that of an authoritarian. This has always been the case, it was the case in 2011, 2015 and it is most certainly the case now. Therefore, it is my highest honor to not only declare once again to lead this party as its Chairman, I also hereby nominate President Dfwlibertylover to serve as my co-chairman. Over the past six months, the determination, engagement and enthusiastic involvement of the President has served to strengthen the party. At a time when the most likely outcome would have been a seriously weakened state for the right and dominance on the part of Atlasia by the Labor Party do to changing demographics, the aggressive engagement, recruitment and communication with new members, in his capacity as Outreach Coordinator, has not only leveled the playing field, but kept us a position to win and deliver for the Atlasian People.

It has been the case that Dfwlibertylover's contributions have indeed risen beyond the narrow scope of said position, created solely by the discretion of the chair for the purposes of laser focusing on recruitment a year ago and held first by Tmthforu94, it is now therefore my highest honor to nominate him to a position of equal status to my own. Dfwlibertylover will therefore become the 6th person to serve as a chairman of the Federalist Party. Let us just hope he is spared the ideological shift to the left that most Federalist Party Chairs have undergone subsequently to holding said title.

After much consideration, and although I have enjoyed building up the party for the past year, I believe the seeds have been sown for the party to be successful with a bright future. I am also tired of running the party machine, so with much sadness and gratitude, I hereby withdraw my run for the Co-Chair position of this party, and, for the time being, any involvement in future elections
