I mean, I kind of already do? One of the types of work that crosses my desk are "product reviews", where I spin a (mostly) positive verdict on various products and pieces of software I've never tried.

Outside of a few specific places on the internet, like 90% of "reviews" (whether they're long-form or blurb) are made up by people like me.

I assume this isn't like Amazon where you can tell if the reviewer actually bought the product or not?
