So since it's been 24 hours since my amendment, and no other discussion, does anyone else have something they'd like to discuss on this bill, or shall I go ahead and move this bill to a final vote, with amendment?

 (Bills are normall required to be on the floor for at least 48 hours, but I want to be 100% sure we have unanimous consent before moving forward, per the rules).
