We used to have this--in fact we basically stole the text from the old bill!

Anyway, I think it's a good idea to let people vote earlier if they're going to be deprived of internet connection (Shocked) or have some other reason that they'll miss the election. Anyone disagree?

I like the way this is structured. It goes to great lengths to preserve the ability of people to vote, even allowing them to vote in the regular election if they post too many times during the election for their absentee vote to remain valid.

Yes. I think this is an excellent bill. I just went through a situation in which I was unable to access Atlas. Hopefully it won't happen again during these election(s) that are coming up this month. Like CMB stated, it would be great to pass this as soon as possible.

Plus, I think the penalties for posting too much during election season is a smart idea as well.
