If Trump truly did steal the election by enlisting Russian intelligence, then obviously I would back Clinton. She doesn't deserve to have the presidency stolen from her and then not get any justice. For now, I back Gillibrand. She has managed to rack up an impeccable resume in government without packing any baggage on the way. Plus, ultimately what will beat Trump is a truly likable candidate, since the lack of likability hindered Hillary's chances to capitalize on Trump's more of a lack of popularity. Gillibrand's plain-talk, bubbly personality is what we need.
