hese two amendments have recently passed in the Senate:

Addition to the Bill of Rights, Article VI

16. The right of a person to defend himself and other persons from imminent unlawful physical harm shall not be infringed.

Constitutional Amendment to Article I, Section 8, Clause 6

Article I, Section 8, Clause 6, of the Constitution of Atlasia shall be amended to read thus:

The Senate must approve each and every Budget before considering any bill or constitutional amendment. However, the Senate may, by a vote of two-thirds of its number, waive this requirement.

For reference, Article I, Section 8, Clause 6 currently reads:

I assume this vote isn't intended to actually last through to mid-2006. Smiley
