No, he doesn't. You specifically said "[t]his is the Trump who will win 35 states in November." Trump only won 30 states. Technically, you owe Badger that money.

I see an offer but not acceptance so I doubt either could collect.

Good point. But, if Clash had accepted that offer, I would be right - he would owe Badger the money.

I think Badg will like the poll numbers.  No one wants 90% approvals.  Wink

Yeah, the reason I accepted the modship was because I was tired of having such approval ranting Tongue

One of the Republicans on here I really like, though I'm confused by his partisan registration. Don't find him confrontational at all. FF.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe his avatar is ironic, no?

No, Badger's a Republican.

Yeah, Badger is a Democrat-turned-Republican who volunteered for his Republican congressman and supported John Kasich.  He never really explained why he switched.  Something about law-and-order issues, I think?

FF. Willing to tell it as it is to the deplorable members of his party and their deplorable policies. (To such an extent I am actually honestly confused as to why he's a Republican in the first place.)

Oh and could some of the HL votes explain why?

Because horrible lawyer and lawyer are almost interchangeable. Wink

Unfortunately the only reason that I haven't voted was a "Freedom Lawyer" vs "Hateful Lawyer" poll....

Not having any knowledge or background of Badger's experience as a lawyer, let alone "how well he performed his job as a lawyer", naturally this was not a situation where I felt comfortable voting based upon the original question posed.

All that being said, without reviewing Badger's briefs, I have decided to vote FF, solely on the basis of his legal acumen and sharp posts on Atlas, which I consider to be a potential proxy for his skills within the courtroom.

My thanks to everyone for the nice comments here. :-) I have to even give Santander props for being the only one of 13 HL voters have the courage to at least publicly post their disapproval.

but then again, I am notoriously confrontational. Grin

Some of our friends love to click "HP" without saying so. I should know for I wasn't blameless in the past Tongue

Call me a shallow Sheila but when I found he made the big switch from prosecution to defense my opinion of him went up quite a bit.

Sometimes I think Badger is just John Kasich posting here
I was accused of that on AH.com after I showed myself to be a pro-choice, pro-SSM, pro-basic income "liberal" Republican.
