Two qualified Western white women. Both are seen as moderates, maybe centrists, some even see them as conservative. Both are technocrats, not exciting, charismatic people, but intelligent. Very brainy. They love to work and study hard, especially policy. One is the current British prime minister (2016-) who is on the verge of losing power for the Conservative Party. The other is a woman who has been in world politics for 30+ years and lost two presidential elections to men who were seen as qualified. Who's better?
