To be honest, I never planned to vote in favor if this specific bill. I just hate that our rules state that when the original sponsoring delegate leaves, their bill has 72 hours to find a new sponsor or it dies. So I assumed sponsorship of all previous Ben Kenobi bills out of respect for his hard work.

I may have gotten the time frames mixed up, but the general reasoning I gave was correct.
