     As passing this bill before the upcoming Presidential election is critical, I motion to suspend the rules and bring this to an immediate final vote. Senators have 24 hours to object.

I'm fine with the motion and I like this bill.  I'm glad we're bringing back the absentee voting option like we had before the reset.

Sorry to interrupt but I wanted to let you know there is a section on absentee voting in the Federal Electoral Act signed by President Leinad in August 2016.

It forbids voting absentee and regular contrary to the proposed bill here which allows for replacing absentee by a regular ballot.

Personally I would not allow replacing a vote since you could change your vote and it's not allowed normally (except the 20 minute edit rule). Maybe let people post more than 5 times in the Atlas forum.

Wow, good catch Poirot.  That is kind of embarrassing.  Looking at the way absentee ballots are done in the current law, tbh, I think I kind of prefer that to this bill.

I'm changing my vote on this to Nay.
