Umm...no.  The reason why so many sock accounts here get caught is because the sockmasters are dumb about hiding their location.  There could very well be a large number of sock accounts running around that never get caught, because they're able to disguise where they're posting from.  Likewise, whoever is emailing these threats to Congresspeople will get caught if they didn't hide their location, but won't get caught if they did.
