I'm mildly amused that the HP rating is 9% lower than the Support Ban rating with the same number of voters. I know it could just be the same set less five FF voters replaced by five haters, you wouldn't think all people who vote HP want somebody banned on the spot. This is much tougher bar to get past.

     Pretty much this. Other posters caused problems in those threads and weren't banned for it. For evergreen, the final act was not only a very bad one in its own right, but also proved that she wasn't really willing to change her ways either.

Yes. As stated before, Evergreen got more warnings than it's usually happens to somebody who'll eventually be banned. The last one was clearly stated as a final one.

You can debate about the rules in general, but, under present system, we really had no choice.
