Let me start off by posing an important question.  Who (Federalists only, of course) plans to run for the Southern Chamber? I will be running, and I'd like to see what the plan is.  Current office-holders seem to be TimTurner and Fhtagn. 

Also, if a primary is deemed needed, what are the rules for such primaries?
