"Two current and two former officials told The Washington Post that in March Trump asked Rogers and Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats to publicly deny the existence of any evidence of collusion between his campaign and Russia during the 2016 election."

Trump "asked"...he didn't "hope."

Would this be relevant to any form of obstruction of justice, though, given that the NSA was not investigating Trump?

Public servants must be able to do their jobs independently, free from presidential interference. What would the Republican reaction have been if Hillary Clinton asked the NSA to absolve her of having a private e-mail server?

So what does it take for Trump to be guilty of something?  Holding the NSA director up to the wall with a gun to his head?

Please make sure your payments from Moscow are in dollars, not rubles. I hear their currency isn't very stable.

Guys, Vito Corleone was just leaving a horse head in that guy's bed. How could that be blackmail? Show me where it talks about horse heads in the statutes on blackmail!

Guys, Trumpy was just asking for gosh's sake. Why do you mind that poor old guy just asking his subordinates to clear him? Just, for gosh's sake, like him asking Comey to drop the Flynn investigation. What obstruction of justice? HE WAS JUST ASKING, FOR GOSH'S SAKE!

LOL.
People like Santander are in complete denial. Take off those huge horse-blinders.
It's like if someone was offering a hit-man $50,000 to murder their spouse, by "just asking" about the process of accomplishing this, and someone like Santander excuses it as NOTHING because he just was "asking" and not "hoping" (or shaking hands to make it an official deal).

It's still dirty ! It's still disgusting ! It's still immoral ! It's still unethical !
You still lose the confidence of your other family members, your friends, neighbors, the general public.

Go slap yourself in the mirror Santander, and wake-up !

Someone has to stand up for Trump.

So said some Nazi German citizens about Hitler ....
You standup for people who you know you can trust and believe in. Who have done nothing wrong.
Not simply because they have an "R" next to their name.
Geeeesh !

Why? Isn't he a big boy, and able to fight his own battles?

Scoop by Newsweek? Appropriate since Trump is such a throwback to 1986.

I for one am glad to see Nuclear Elmo hitting our threads, in abundance, once again.
(It can only signify one thing ....)
