As the title says, which was most and which was least? Objectively, all have a great degree of charisma since they became President, but who do you think had/has the most and the least?

Reagan (Obama comes very close to him in this department) for best.
Carter for least (he was a big FF all the same).

1. Ronald Reagan

2. Bill Clinton

3. Donald Trump
4. Barack Obama
5. George W. Bush
6. Gerald Ford
7. George H. W. Bush
8. Jimmy Carter

Also, Gerald Ford was President in 1976, and he had a Clinton-Reagan level of charisma that was rarely displayed.

I would bump Obama down just a notch, but this is basically right.

I read it like you did. Clinton had the charm his wife severely lacked it. Reagan had a certain aura particularly as a candidate in '76 but he slowed notably in his second term.

Papa Bush was a wet noodle.
