This is disgusting. The cop pulled out the gun and shot in the space of time it took to look down and get your wallet. There was no warning. There was no command to put his hands in the air. Castile never disobeyed police instructions. He never lied to the police. He may not even have seen the gun was out. You cannot miscommunicate and then shoot someone.
