If there is clear and unquestionable evidence that Trump is violating the Emoluments Clause, is not the refusal of Representatives in the House to impeach him a violation of their own Oaths of Office and thus grounds for their removal, by whatever mechanisms are in place in their various states? (Not that it'll actually happen, of course.)

It's been obvious from the beginning, yes. Trump didn't run for the average working man or woman. He ran for himself.
