Beshear/Fletcher

Bevin was branded as a lunatic by both parties before he was elected, but he's been surprisingly good.

Beshear set the standard for Republican governors - privatized Medicaid, cut the state budget, sued the EPA, and appealed the federal court SSM rulings.

Bevin has a surprisingly moderate Cabinet, and he isn't corrupt like Patton and Fletcher.
