-far weaker protections for Trans and other LGB people
-no obamacare
-greater evangelical influence in govt
-lower taxes; potentially larger deficit

That was done by the courts and not Obama.


Of course, but Romney would surely appoint a more conservative judiciary and a Romney Presidency would viciously fight against same sex marriage. We see it as a forgone conclusion today, but it was far from it. Public opinion would probably still be divided if Romney won.
