Another police shooting. Will there be charges filed?

This is rather interesting. Also, does Seattle not have the buddy cop law?

Charges might be filed, but as with Philando Castile's case, it's extremely likely the officers will eventually be acquitted.

My wife's good friend is getting married to an SPD officer. It is my understanding they're usually by theirself. I'm trying to arrange a ride along this summer, I'll learn more then.

Why would someone shoot a pregnant woman?

There are so many deplorables that work in law enforcement.

You guys didn't read the article.

She suddenly came at the cops with a knife. They found out she had a "history of mental illness."

My first reaction was "Oh damn wtf..." but then I read the article and realized that it is undeniably a justified police shooting. No if ands or buts.

The audio of the shooting is there as well. She's calmly explaining what happened, and then her demeanor becomes insane.

There's video of the two officers assuring Lyles that they won't shoot her before entering her home. Sickening.
