The Vice President is an elected officer, not one serving at the President's whim; the President has no authority to fire them. Especially right at the beginning Pence wouldn't resign and he wouldn't be impeached.

That blows.  Why did I pick this man as my veep again?

Guess we'll need either a Second Amendment person or a golden shower video featuring Pence if one exists.  If the latter exists: blackmail time.
