Any Christian that preaches against drinking needs to have his head examine. Obviously, I wouldn't win any dry counties either.
They might want to take the time to see what Paul of Tarsus had to say to St. Timothy in one of his many letters.
Or they might review the fact that Jesus himself drank and mocked the religious wackos who had a problem with his drinking.
Mat 11:18-20 For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, 'He has a demon.' 19The Son of Man came eating and
drinking, and they say, 'Here is a glutton and a
drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and "sinners." ' But wisdom is proved right by her actions."
