     Judging by his posts on North Korea and in a few other threads, he seems to have recently embraced a form of tu quoque where you can't criticize problems unless you yourself are perfect in this regard. It doesn't help that he grossly exaggerates the problems of the United States to the point that it sounds like he's talking about Mega-City One in Judge Dredd.

Shouldn't it be "radical white Christian terrorist kills two on train in Portland"?

OK, I didn't see that - not good!  Maybe he didn't improve - it just seems like he occasionally posts something that isn't simply foaming-at-the-mouth hysteria now, whereas before it was truly one-track and disturbing.  But I have had him on ignore for months, so I probably haven't seen the whole of it.  Using his pre-tempban state as a basis for comparison is a very, very, very low bar, mind you.
