Kennedy isn't going to retire while the sitting president is under investigation for obstruction of justice.

The only thing that will change is concealed weapons and right to bear arms. Gerrymandering will be up to the states, and Democrats will be elected statewide in 2018 and 2020 and Roe v Wade and SSM will be restricted to NY, CA, IL etc

Uhhhh that seems like a pretty big deal IMO.
