I was thinking about it considering how many liberal ones I watch:

John Oliver
Samantha Bee
Trevor Noah/Jon Stewart
Stephen Colbert
Seth Meyers

But I can't think of any conservative ones. At all. Why?

The only conservative "comedian" I can think of at the moment is Steven Crowder.

I think that answers the question.

I'm trying to think of how difficult it would be do to a comedy show DEFENDING Trump instead of mocking him.

Because (serious) conservative comedians aren't funny to most people who watch late night TV.

Example: Steven Crowder is not funny.  Stephen Colbert is funny.

I mean, Alex Jones isn't even trying to pass his show off as factual anymore, so he might count in a way.

Anyway, obviously you've never seen Red Eye.

They wouldn't have to defend Trump, just pick on random low-hanging liberal fruit - Schumer, Pelosi, Lena Dunham, muh triggered college students, etc.

TV executives generally doesn't give them the opportunities they do to liberals. One controversial joke and leftists will force them off the air.

There are several things to joke about: Democrats, College Students, Hollywood Celebrities, the Mainstream Media, Silicon Valley Titans, etc. Often they can make fun of their network, like the Simpsons and Family Guy do to Fox all the time.

The last conservative with a sense of humor was Ronald Reagan.  Everything since has just been foaming at the mouth angry all the time.

Greg Gutfield on Fox News, if that counts.
Fox News is pretty funny. Their idea of "fair and balanced" is to have a show with four conservatives and one liberal. ("The Five")

Honestly, I'd guess it's just that journalism school and other hotbeds for future comedic talent tend to produce more liberal people in general.  That Waters guy or whatever on Fox is pretty funny, though.

It's the same in Israel. Any attempt at a right-wing satire show is laughably ridiculous, while left-wing shows are high-quality and funny.

What are you talking about? The Daily Show, Late Show, and Late Night are all older that South Park.

Don't Trump's tweets count?

There was the Blue Collar Comedy tour. They rangrd from RW nuts to being just kind of conservative.  Adam Sandler is pretty conservative, but I don't think he stumped or paid for Trump.
Dennis Miller was hard-right but was closeted about it when he was popular.

Someone like Milo or Tomi might make a good late night comic. That's kind of the altRight's market. Those that aren't traditional Republicans. That alone provides shock value. I'd imagine the Republican response to the Liberal Late Night racket to be very practical and prank-like comedy. The political version of Bam Margera randomly filming him beating his father on Jackass.

Most conservative comedy nowadays resembles dudes like Steven Crowder whose whole shtick is to film himself being an asshole at left-wing rallies.

Chapo Trap House had a good segment on this topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkZM1cFxYIM

Let me just say that while it's not a news show I do want to note a pretty big exception to the "conservatives are never funny" rule, the guy who runs Lutheran Satire is clearly very conservative both theologically and politically (moreso the former) and his videos are often hilarious, including many I disagree with. Most of the ones I disagree with are more defensive of high church traditions than political liberalism/conservativism though.
