Chief of Staff: Southern Gothic (D-LA) - Basically someone I can get along with in any circumstance. That doesn't always make the best Chief of Staff but I think he'd guide my agenda admirably, and I view this more as implementer than advisor.

As you can see, both The Crown (Poland) and Lithuania had separate ministers, who sat in one council, kind of like there were Northern and Southern Secretaries in the UK.

Here's some explanation about privy of each office:

Grand Chancellor: Foreign affairs (Grand Chancellor of the Crown responsible for relations with the west, while his Lithuanian counterpart with the East), running Crown Chancellery (overseeing of the courts, patronage, acting as a liaison between the King and Sejm)

Vice-Chancellor: Formally a deputy to the Grand Chancellor. In fact a junior co-minister.

Grand Marshal: Similar to Minister of Internal Affairs.

Treasurer: Self-explanatory

Grand Hetman: De facto Commanders of the respective Polish and Lithuanian regular forces.

Field Hetman: Responsible before the Grand Hetman. Mainly administrative duties, in addition to being responsible for most of border defense.

Court Treasurer: De facto deputy to the Treasurer. During the Saxon dynasty head of the treasury office.

So apologies for a silly question....

This is complete separate from Atlas Fantasy Election type stuff, although in a similar vein, and simply the exercise of trying to line up a cabinet including various posters whom one believes would be best for the positions in question, assuming that one was the head of the Executive Branch?

So hypothetically if I believe that Atlas poster X would be best suited to handle the full duties and responsibilities for that cabinet position, I should nominate them for that role, while also recognizing the need for balance within the Nation of Atlasia?
