What's his point about tax?  Amazon collects sales tax from all US customers now, although this wasn't always true.

And more importantly, Amazon already supports a uniform internet sales tax

So the only real news is either mindless fluff or pro-Trump propaganda?

Well, that is more of a "if we have to do it, so should everyone else" thing.

That's basically what most Trump supporters believe, yes.

Who is 'they'. If you mean the twitter company it still hasn't turned a profit. Trump generates a lot of views for Twitter, if they were to ban him he would switch to another format and they would lose a ton more money.

If by 'they' you mean the White House staff I would just point out that he's the boss in the White House. He tells his staff what to do. They don't tell him what to do. They can give him advice but they can't give him orders.

Those would be taxes that Amazon's customers pay, so Amazon shouldn't take credit for it. It's like when companies try that whole "total tax contribution" crap when they try and take credit for the fact that they pay their employees income taxes. It's just a screen for the corporate tax avoidance they are happily engaging in.

That said, I've read the line "sometime referred to the guardian of not paying internet taxes" four times now, and I still can't figure out what it means. Is it supposed to be English?
