It's crazy how unpopular it is.
It's also notable how this highlights the impossible situation for Congressional Republicans - repealing Obamacare is the preferred option for their base, but it's overwhelmingly unpopular in the electorate as a whole including important demographics they really need (like the white no-college voters). As a result they have ended up standing for scaling back Obamacare, an option supported by a whooping 7% of the US electorate.
