While he doesn't have a Bernie Sanders-sized following on Twitter, he does have over 3 million followers, which is more than Elizabeth Warren:

It works better when you have someone who can actually appeal to young voters without it being cringeworthy. See: Obama 2008 & Obama 2012.

Remember Sanders' double-digit defeat at the hands of primary voters who didn't want him Sad

I voted for Hillary last primary. I, like many people, have realized the grave mistake.

David Brock is still waging war on Bernie supporters. Not the most effective general election strategy.

So someone who isn't Cory Booker?

I understand dislike Booker's politics, but what makes his appeal to young voters cringeworthy? Personally, I think he's very effective at that and has a great opportunity to draw large millennial support based on his rhetorical style and ability to connect.

I think he has a very strong "How do you do, fellow teens?" vibe to him.

I feel like the Dems' Twitter account is like that.  I just feel disappointed whenever I look at it.  So many memes and gifs.

There's something I don't like about Booker; and it specifically has to do with his style of speaking. I didn't get this vibe from Clinton, Harris, Biden, Obama, etc. so I was trying to figure out what it was since it was bothering me so much and a YouTube comment of all things made me realize what it was.

Every time Cory Booker is speaking, he sounds like he's reading a bedtime story to a five year old.

Booker is practically a robot pre-programmed with ''stronger together'' talking points. I have never heard so many meaningless platitudes per minute out of a non-cyborg.
Do you ever think he will go after Trump on twitter.

Remember the proportion of twitter accounts that are fake, folks. It's very easy to buy 'social media success' on Twitter.

Half of Trump's followers are fake.
