hmm, I've heard on the DiscoveryHealth channel of a boy who was carrying a child.  Real deal.  I guess this boy, when he was a fetus engulfed the other fetus (must've been twins).  He was a very heavy kid, but nobody in his family suspected an irregularity.  He went to school one day complaining of some pain (probably trouble breathing).  The pain didn't go away, it got worse to the point where he was in the hospital.  In the hospital they cut an incision in his belly and then removed what looked like a child.  This child was small, deformed, and had long hair (since hair grows after the person's dead).  It was really sick.

1. Waitasec... you have to use the fancy telescope? What about the cheapie one?
2. You can cheat (use boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and get the Tombstone of L and D), and do funny things like get men impregnated by women, women impregnated by women, men impregnated by themselves, incest, etc.
