I'm afraid this is only the tip of the iceberg. Recent analysis of the Leinad campaign reveals that, when put in their proper order, the letters of "Governor" Leinad's banner spell a horrifying demand:

RV OR OLD AGE INFERNO

Clearly, Leinad - driven by greed and a horrifying lust for power - has issued his final ultimatum : either the nation will cede to his demands and provide him with a new, state-of-the-art mobile home, or he will use his gubernatorial powers to incinerate the entire retired population of the South!!!!!1!!!11!

Apologies for the tardiness of this speech, the notes I made got mixed up with my recipe notes, and I therefore missed a speechwriting session due to the extensive time it took to prepare an "infrastructure reform salad" (absurdity aside I've had a difficult last few days for personal reasons, but I feel wrong using real life things as excuses--hence why I try to avoid blaming my poor April Senate campaign on my grandmother dying, for example--so I prefer making up silly in-game excuses)

Leinad makes a speech in Memphis (Tennessee, not ancient Egypt)

Yes yes, I just won a Gubernatorial election. But now I need to go win another, because really, it'd be lame if I'm only Governor for 2 weeks.

In the coming days I will release more campaign material of varying forms, but for now I'm merely going to list our goals for the next 3 months:

-Make the Chamber active. I will keep track of activity in the Chamber of Delegates as Governor, and make sure that we keep this game fun for everyone by stimulating active debate.

-Update the Wiki. I thought about finding a way to, like, make a committee or something, but that hasn't succeeded in the past. So I'm going to lead. In other words, do it myself. You guys can help me if you want (that'd be awesome). The point of it all is that the Wiki is BADLY out-of-date, and that's the opposite of ideal, and something I plan to change.

-Tax Reform. Stimulate job growth so Atlasians can get to work again. Also a unified and simplified regional tax code would make things easier for inter-state businesses in the South to succeed.

-Criminal Justice Reform. As I said in the last campaign, we need to fix the criminal justice system so as to make it something that protects the people instead of making them afraid.

-Activate the region on the AFE board. The first "Weekly Update" was delayed, but in the next couple of days I'll show you all what I mean by that...

I think that's enough speeching for now, time to get back to governing!

I'd like to congratulate Governor Leinad on a well run and very successful campaign. I know Leinad will make the South proud, hold true to his principles and conduct himself in a manner than will benefit and mantain the rights, freedoms and livelihoods of Southerners.

Leinad has been an active moderate as Governor so far. He has engaged the Chamber (TimTurner, myself and Leinad even wrote-up a bill together ) His proposed policy is very good.
