More likely he accepted Putin's assurance that the collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign can't be uncovered.

And Trump and Putin promised to work together on cybersecurity.

They are literally trolling us right now.

It's not like Trump would ever not do this, no matter how much evidence is presented to him. It's for the same reason he won't accept he lost the popular vote by millions of votes, or why he insists his inauguration crowd was bigger than Obama's - it's because he is a delusional narcissist who has to believe he is always winning. If he isn't winning, he finds a way to convince himself otherwise. Or, at the very least, deep inside he knows he is wrong but he can't let anyone else know that.

The sad thing is, it is because of this man's deep insecurities that we probably won't have secure, meddling-free elections in 2018 or 2020. Conservatives should be proud of that. All those years spent screaming about fraud and election integrity, and their own guy will probably enable and even embolden countries to screw with at least the next 2 federal elections.

If I assured Trump that I had a twelve inch wang, would he buy that assurance too?

Anyone else not buying this claim that Trump brought up the election hacking, let alone scolding Putin for doing so? I just find it hard to believe that he would even bring it up since he's basically been denying that it was entirely Russia and deflecting saying it could have been other people/countries. And then let's not forget during the campaign he actually asked Russia to hack into the DNC. Above all else, he benefited from the hacking and he's all about his alpha male wannabe self, so why would he bite the hand that fed him? Trump got what he wanted out of it (a victory over Satan Incarnate Crooked Hillary) and Putin got what he wanted out it (an ignorant, narcissistic, easily manipulative puppet).

I wouldn't be surprised if it was revealed that trump gave Putin a blow, when they meet in their "private" meeting.

We should have good relations with Mr. Putin. Unlike some folks, Putin respects democracy and is willing to accept the outcomes of elections that he doesn't win.

Nothing quite like making your bromance official. They'll be working on ensuring cyber security, I'm sure, but it'll be to ensure the cyber security of their activities and to help Russia gain easier access to sensitive American information and systems.

I'll play Trump's advocate.

It's entirely possible that Trump just accepted that Putin will never admit to the hacking, so he just gave up and moved on to other issues on which progress could actually be made.

Are you talking about Donald "the election is rigged, if I don't win" Trump?

He won the election, yet he still doesn't accept the outcome.

Pathetic, just pathetic.

It would seem Trump subscribes to the Capitulation school of foreign policy. Worse than Chamberlain.

Russia says in talks with U.S. to create cyber security working group: RIA

Possibly trolling by the Russian government, but it will be interesting to see if the Trump Administration can manage to respond without getting caught lying while stepping in something.
